A chain adjustment ensures your chain is not too tight, which puts strain on your wheel and drive shaft, or not too loose, causing unneeded wear to your sprocket and gear. The CV joint, or the half-wheel axle, comprises a universal joint and the constant velocity (C/V) joint. The half-wheel axle is a vital part of an ATV. The simple intrusion of water or sand can contaminate and cause failure. The experts at Feldmann Power visually inspect the CV joint boots for traces of wear or cracks on the bellows or grease outside the boot. If the grease is discolored or contaminated, the C/V joint is likely damaged.

We repair your C/V joint with OEM replacement boots or half-wheel axles.

If your ATV is performing poorly, starts hard, backfires, or has a noisy valve train, it may be time for a valve adjustment. The experts at Feldmann Power make sure your ATV’s valves are timed to the piston movement via the timing chain and other components.
